Lost Valley Trail Run / Option: Post Run Pool Cool-Off

Meet at the gravel parking lot on the right approximately 6 miles from 64/40 after both the Weldon Springs Access for KATY Trail and the Police/ Fire training facility on MO HWY 94 West. Lost Valley has 3, 6, 10 and 12 mile options with a mix of fire road and single track trail. You can run a shorter out and back also. Pace 9-14 min per mile. We stop about every mile to regroup.
