Saltdean beach, under cliff walk

Hello all, welcome to the group, it is a little tricky to plan this sort of walk at this time of year due to the days being so long, as the autumn comes in it will become easier and the times of the walks will become a little less anti social.

The Plan:
Meet at the Old Steine outside Sainsburys at 19:30
Or at outside MC Donalds Brighton marina at 20:00 (if you are going to drive)

For those getting the Bus we will get the Brighton and Hove buses service 7 to the Brighton marina then meet the other group.

At 20:10 we will start our walk to Saltdean via the under cliff walk, this should take just over a hour.

The sun sets at 20:59
Twilight should be near the end on arrival to saltdean beach.

Once there we have 60 minute to stargaze
Then we begin our walk back to Brighton Marina and catch the bus back to Brighton.

Please feel free to bring:
matts, rugs, blankets, camping chairs, binoculars, small telescopes,

Please ensure you bring:
Torches (do not rely on your phone for light)
A charged phone (chargers are usually available on the bus remember your wire)
Suitable cloths and footwear for the conditions
Water/drinks.

Not essential but please consider:
Wearing bright colours or High visibility clothing
Bringing snacks
