What weāre about
This is a meetup group for the creative people of Stockholm who are looking for companionship of other creatives. We aim for a simple sense of community to begin with, and if people are inspired, perhaps some collaboration can happen.
Meetups are held on a regular basis where we engage in conversations and discussions about a predetermined topic of interest.
People of all creative fields are welcome to join. Whether if you are into creative writing, filmmaking, painting, photography, performing, designing, or just have a general interest in creativity, we would love to meet you. It is a rich mix and makes for a lively meetup!
With a healthy dose of āfikaā, we encourage and inspire each other to explore our creativity by fostering a vibrant space that is supportive and non judgmental.
Things to expect:
ā¢ A friendly group of supportive people to hang out with on a regular basis.
ā¢ A safe environment for new creatives and established ones.

Things that we avoid:
ā¢ Judgment calls. This is a friendly community where we can find support and camaraderie.
ā¢ Drama. Let's leave the drama in the fictional stories!

Sketching Session: Origami
Kungsholmens bibliotek Internationella biblioteket - Stockholms stadsbibliotek, Sankt Eriksgatan 33, Stockholm, SEJoin us for a relaxing workshop that blends the mindful art of paper folding with sketching. Learn to create beautiful origami shapes and then use them as unique inspiration for your drawings, or even illustrate the paper before you fold! A perfect, creative afternoon for all skill levels. No drawing/origami crafting experience needed, just your imagination! And it's free to join.
All materials will be provided. You just need to bring your curiosity and a steady hand!
Details:
- TIME: 11:00.
- VENUE: Kungsholmens Internationella biblioteket, on the second floor.
- WHAT TO BRING: Feel free to bring your own sketchbook/tablet.

Sketching Club: Drink & Draw
Dirty Tacos, Rƶrstrandsgatan 5, 113 36 Stockholm, Stockholm, SEJoin the biggest event in Stockholm for visual artists who love to sketch! Whether you're a seasoned artist or just starting out, this is the perfect opportunity to sketch, sip, and socialize with other visual artists.
The venue is Dirty Tacos in St Eriksplan!
Details:
- TIME: 18:00, we'll be there early to get the party started. Be on time to secure your seat!
- VENUE: Dirty Tacos has a great atmosphere and plenty of room to sketch. Just keep in mind that table space is limited, so plan accordingly.
- FOOD & DRINKS are available at reasonable prices, so grab a drink and support the venue. š
