This series of short, practical modules which gives you an opportunity to dive deeply into Tibetan Mahayana Buddhist philosophy and through this gain good foundational understanding of this path. It is possible to join the course module by module or the whole series depending on interest and need. There is no need to be Buddhist to join this course — just being curious and have an open heart is a good start.

More about the Course
This course offers an introduction to the Buddhist philosophy, taking you step-by-step through the various topics essential to the Mahayana Buddhist path to enlightenment. By engaging in this program, participants will gain a thorough understanding of the Historical Buddha’s teachings and the skills they need to make their lives most meaningful. Also, by the end of this program, participants should have a solid foundation from which to make informed choices about their continued spiritual development.

The whole course consist of 14 moduls with about 5 weeks evening classes for each around various topics. You can join the course module by module or the complete course depending on need and where you are in your studies. All modules include possibility to join retreats on related topics and various opportunities for meditation and contemplation.

The first module is called, Mind & It's Potential.
During these five evenings we examine the meaning of "mind" according to Buddhism, its nature and function, and how it determines our experience of happiness and suffering. We explore the differentiation between mind and brain, how mind is the creator of our experiences, and the implications of possessing a mind that has no beginning and no end.

Who can join? Everyone is welcome, regardless of previous experience of Buddhist philosophy, meditation and mindfulness. More experienced practitioners are also welcome as this is a good way to strengthen the understanding of the buddhist path,
