FREE EVENT 30/10/22 - BARBECUE ON BACK DECK - SUBDIVISION SPEECH, INCLUDES FOOD AND DRINKS

12.30 pm start, eat and drink
2.30 pm speech by David telling the story of the subdivision and the houses
3.00 pm walk through new house
5pm finish
Limited seats - first in , best dressed.
Includes barbecue, free wine and beer.
We have subdivided front and rear lot. Front house has been partly refurbished. Double gabled Queenslander with arches, baubles and plinths.
Metricon Homes has half built a house in the rear lot. We will walk through the new house at 3pm.
I will give a 15 minute speech at 2.30 pm to describe how the subdivision was carried out - Sewerage, stormwater , services, etc.
After that we can go for a walk through the new house.
Its good to see a subdivision in the flesh.
It has been a long time between drinks due to Covid concerns.
I will have some small gatherings in the future.
Darra is only 5 mins walk from train line.
We have already about 20 property friends already coming, but another 15-20 guests or so is fine. But , first in best dressed ! Numbers are limited ! Please leave you phone number so I can confirm your acceptance, since we will cater for the event. Thanks
