Introduction to Sufi Meditation on The Heart

Please join us at Kensington in Sydney to meet with Patrick, the representative of the School of Sufi Teaching​ in Sydney. He can answer any questions you may have about the meditation and practices. We will also sit in silent meditation as a group, so that you may have a first-hand experience of the meditation on the heart.
Beginners are welcome.
Schedule: Sunday 15th June

• 11:00 AM: Introduction for beginners
• 11:30-12:10 PM: Silent Meditation (Muraqabah)
• 12:10-12:40 PM: Refreshments and Q&A
