LET'S CHECK OUT WEEDON ISLAND! 1800 Weedon Dr NE, St Pete

HEADS UP!!! This is on a Thursday instead of the regular Wednesday due to the Cultural Center being closed Mon-Wed..

Let's check out Weedon Island, I haven't been there in a lot of years so will be fun exploring

11:00 AM ..We will meet at the parking lot by the Weedon Island Preserve Cultural and Natural History Museum. I will have signs out.

There we will get a map and get acquainted with the park and then head to the Boy Scout Trail loop and boardwalks.

There are boardwalks, trail loops and hopefully see wild life.

Should be about a 3 mile walk

Then we will have lunch afterwards:
The Getaway, 13090 Gandy Blvd, St Pete

Then back north

If anyone wants to carpool from Palm Harbor, we can meet at Home Depot, corner of 19 and Curlew,, south parking lot near McDonalds at 9:30 am. Post in comments if you want to do this.

Please bring water and anything else you need for a comfortable walk.
