Sarasota/Lido Key 5/10K Group Walk

The rated 1A (easy) walk route guides participants from a sparkling public beach into the shopping and dining district of St. Armands Circle. From there, 5K walkers will enjoy a look at luxurious homes while the 10K participants head to Ken Thompson Park and the Mote Marine Aquarium. Both routes take walkers back to the beach through charming neighborhoods.
Start walk at table near concession stand/restrooms. 10K Walkers register at 9 a.m.; start walk at 9:15 a.m. 5K walkers register at 9:15 a.m. start walk at 9:30 a.m. Walk fee is $3. Club and new walker coupons are good.
We'll have water at start but please carry water and use sun protection. Walk is mostly unshaded.
