🎃 PumpkiMania & 👻 Halloween Trail at Castle Grand-Bigard(Groot-Bijgaarden)

Autumn colors, giant pumpkin sculptures, spooky Halloween adventure and a cosy Sunday vibe! — let’s hop over to Castle Grand-Bigard for PumpkiMania! Expect thousands of pumpkins turned into creative installations, a stroll in the park, photos galore, and a relaxed Sunday that can extend into a spooky, festive evening with the Sunday Vacations crew.

What we’ll do

We’ll meet in town, take a short hop by train to Groot-Bijgaarden, walk 10–12 minutes to the castle, explore the pumpkin art, experience the spooky Halloween Trail, grab a warm drink/soup on site and enjoy an easy social afternoon. Think: cheerful, camera-friendly, and very seasonal. 🎃

Practical info

• Date: Sunday 26 October

• Meet-up: 13:50 at Bruxelles-Central / Brussels-Central (Oats Day Long-Central)

• Train out: 14:06 S10 (to Aalst) → Arrive Groot-Bijgaarden 14:26

• Platform is shown on station screens (screenshot shows S10 2064); we’ll confirm on WhatsApp just before boarding.

• Walk: ~10–12 min from station to the castle entrance

• Return: flexible—trains back run regularly every 1 hour(we’ll decide together) try to catch the evening train 19.30 if we finish the trail early or 20:30

• Tickets:

• Train: each person buys their own SNCB ticket/pass.

• PumpkinMania entry: buy at the gate or online (individual) €15.00
  A standard day ticket includes the Halloween Trail at no extra cost.
