### ✨ The Event
Join us on the Winter Solstice - the shortest day of the year - for a spectacular light adventure! We are heading to the Luminexus Festival in the beautiful domain of Terhills.
Instead of navigating multiple trains and missed connections, we have hired a Private Coach to take us there and back in comfort. We will walk the magical route through the four elements, enjoy the light installations, and finish with a warm drink at the Winter Village before heading home.
### 📅 The Itinerary
- 15:15: Meet at Kraainem Metro Station.
- Why Kraainem? It has a large P+R car park for drivers and is easily accessible via Metro Line 1.
- 15:30: Bus Departs (Sharp!). We cannot wait for latecomers.
- 17:00: Arrival at Terhills. We arrive right before the lights turn on.
- 17:30: Luminexus Walk. Explore the light trail at your own pace or with the group.
- 19:30: Socializing. Gather at the Winter Village for food, glühwein, or hot chocolate.
- 20:30: Bus departs from Terhills.
- 21:45: Arrival back at Kraainem Metro Station.

### 💰 Costs & Payment (Two Steps)
To join this event, you must complete two steps:
1. The Bus Seat (Paid to Organizer)
- Cost: Explorer members € 40, Ambassador & Voyager members € 35
- How to pay: Bank transfer to Ujamaa ASBL (ref: Luminexus)
- Note: Your seat is only confirmed once payment is received. Refunds are only possible if you find a replacement.
2. The Festival Entry Ticket (Buy Yourself)
- Cost: ~€19.50 (Standard Adult)
- Action: Go to https://www.luminexusfestival.be/ and book a ticket for Sunday, Dec 21 for the 17:30 or 17:45 timeslot.
- Please buy this immediately as the festival sells out quickly!

### 📍 Meeting Point Details
Kraainem Metro Station (Wezembeek-Oppem/Brussels border)
- By Metro: Line 1 (direction Stockel).
- By Car: There is a large Park & Ride (P+R) next to the station.
- Exact Spot: Look for the Rantour bus parked at the bus terminal area. I will post a photo of the bus location in the WhatsApp group on the day.

### 🎒 What to Bring
- Proof of payment (Phone screen is fine) for both the Bus and the Festival.
- Warmest Clothes: We will be outside for 3-4 hours. Thermal layers, gloves, and hats are essential!
- Sturdy Shoes: The path is unpaved; leave the high heels at home.
- Cash/Card: For food and drinks at the winter village.
