12/14/25 Update: Good news! A Few More Spots Open!
I was able to get a separate reservation for one more table (up to 10 people) at Domenico’s around the same time as our main group.
That means I can now move 9 people from the waitlist into confirmed spots 🙌.
Just a heads-up:

• This will be a separate reservation from the main group.
  The reservation will be under the name Dona Thompson.
• We’ll still be ordering off the regular menu
• We’ll be dining at the same time and celebrating together, but seating/service will be handled separately by the restaurant

I’ll start confirming the next 9 people on the waitlist in order. If you can’t make it anymore, please update your RSVP so someone else can join.

12/8/25 Update: The manager of Domenico's called me today and informed me that December 23 is one of their busiest weeks of the year, and they can only accommodate 20 people for our Happy Hour & Holiday Dinner Party when we order off the regular menu. Because of this, I have to reduce the event limit from 30 to 20; the first 20 RSVPs will keep their spots, and anyone after that will be moved to the waitlist.
If someone would like to make a separate reservation for an additional group of up to 10 people around the same time, please message me so we can coordinate, but that second group would be under a separate reservation and not guaranteed as part of our main booking. Thank your for understanding.

🍷 Bring your best holiday spirit (ugly sweaters optional but highly encouraged) and prepare for a night of mingling, munching, and merry mischief.

You don't need to be a hiker to join this event! Come join us! This is open to all ages.

Our main goal as a collective is to connect with new individuals and re-connect with hiker friends! Join us and feel free to bring a friend. The vitality of our group is attributed to the wonderful people and positive energy we have. Don't hesitate to invite someone – I will make every effort to introduce both you and your guest to everyone.
Just to clarify, arriving by 6 PM is not mandatory. The event begins at that time, and I will be present, but you are welcome to come whenever it suits your schedule.
