Breath and Meditation for Seniors (50+)
A calm, beginner-friendly class for older adults of any level. We’ll start with 30 minutes of breathwork (with a simple practical intro), continue with gentle, joint-friendly movement to warm the body, and finish with slow seated meditation plus a short barefoot walk on the grass to ground and lift your energy for the day.
Bring a yoga mat and water. Wear layers and comfortable shoes.
All levels welcome (including absolute beginners). Chair-supported options available.
