Join the Sunset Circuit / Bitcoin Dash Meetup Group for a fun-filled day at the beach!
We will kick off the event with a refreshing beach workout session, perfect for all fitness levels.
5:00 - Bitcoin Dash - A 400-meter running race open to all ages and abilities! $50 Prize for the overall winner (paid in Bitcoin)! Medals for age group winners. Rapper Kane Mayfield will announce the race and provide motivation to the runners as they cross the finish line.
5:15 - Sunset Circuit or Kickball
Sunset Circuit - The Circuit will be 3 times 8 minutes, 40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest - full body workout designed to be as hard or easy as you make it, for any skill level.
KickBall - The Kickball game will be run by coaches Jeff & Thomas for kids aged 3 and up.
5:45 - Deep Stretch & Intention Setting Sound Bath
6:00 - Social - Let's connect!
