We all experience breakups and heartbreak - it’s a part of life. It’s an unpleasant and devastating one, but an experience we all go through at least once.
Navigating and recovering from heartbreak, however, is the hardest part of the experience. It’s much the same - emotionally, mentally, and even chemically - as experiencing the death of a loved one! It is, of course, in a way: it’s the death of a relationship with someone you loved, and likely thought about or anticipated sharing a life with that person. Now, it’s over (or, at least, over for now), you’re hurting, depressed, anxious, lost, and stuck.
Join others going through this experience to share your pain, your experience, your insights, and your advice on things, or just ask questions and be supported by others in your shoes.
This group will not only show you you are NOT alone, but is also designed to help us process, heal, and recover together as a community.
Additionally, one of our goals is to help get you back on your feet and discover YOURSELF again; you are SO valuable, SO special and unique, and SUCH a gift - ANYONE would be LUCKY to have you in their lives!
We’ll also talk about strategies to help you move on, to re-engage with yourself and the idea of other relationships and, if you want to get your ex back, strategies and dignified and respectful tactics around how you might do that!
So, bring your tears, your tissues, your anger, your depression, and anything else you might want to work through to the group and let’s heal together!
