Command-Line Tooling in Forth –- Samuel Falvo II
As with Unix Philosophy, conventional Forth tools hyper-focus on achieving a single task spectacularly well. However, a lot of the power of Unix comes from hidden sources of polymorphism. Using a simple file-copy operation as an example, I hope to illustrate how to accomplish a lot of the "do what I mean" magic in Forth, without compromising Forth's ideals.

A Tale of Two Topics --- Bob Armstrong

( CoSy uniquely spans from the ` chip to the ` math in open Forth.
Notion evolves from a SmallTalk foundation , )
>>> “It is better to have 100 functions operate on one data structure than 10 functions on 10 data structures.” (Alan Perlis : Epigrams in Programming #9 )
