What makes his journey particularly relevant is that he didn’t come from a traditional HR background. He entered as an outsider, without a network or Swedish fluency, and still built a career shaping hiring strategies across high-growth startups.

Today, he works with 50+ VCs across 15+ countries, helping startups hire “impossible” talent and scale teams globally.
