ITINERARY & FLIGHTS UPDATE. We have changed things around and will now be flying to Launceston and driving to Cradle Mountain on the first day. We will be staying 2 nights at Cradle Mountain, then driving to Strahan for 2 nights, Hobart for 2 nights and Launceston for one night.

RSVP's. If you would like to join us on this holiday, please RSVP Going and pay your $750 deposit asap. We will only be taking 10 people on this holiday, so that we only need to hire a 12 seater minibus.

LAUNCESTON FLIGHTS. We have now booked flights to Launceston. 11th Feb. Jetstar JQ0747 Depart Sydney 10.10am. Arrive Launceston 11.50am. 18th Feb. JQ0750 Depart Launceston 5.25pm. Arrive Sydney 7.00pm.

HOLIDAY ITINERARY. Sunday 11th February. Fly to Launceston. Pick up Avis minibus. Drive to Cradle Mountain via Sheffield. 7km Dove Lake walk. Monday 12th February. 10km walk Cradle Mountain Overland Track. Tuesday 13th February. Drive to Strahan on the west coast of Tasmania, via Rosebery, Zeehan and Queenstown. Wednesday 14th February. Optional Tours. Franklin Gordon River Cruise & West Coast Wilderness Railway. Thursday 15th February. Drive to Hobart via Queenstown, Nelson Falls and Lake St Clair. Mount Field NP & 4km Waterfall Walk. Friday 16th February. Optional Mona Museum Tour, Mount Wellington. Saturday 17th February. Salamanca Markets. Drive to Launceston via Ross and other small towns. 4km walk around Cataract Gorge. Sunday 18th February. Visit Beaconsfield Mine, Platypus World, Seahorse World, Tamar Ridge Winery. Drop off minibus at airport and fly back to Sydney.

ACCOMMODATION. We have booked very good quality 2 bedroom apartments at Strahan, Cradle Mountain and Hobart and motel rooms at Launceston. STRAHAN. Castaway Holiday Apartments. CRADLE MOUNTAIN Wilderness Village. LAUNCESTON. Best Western Motel. HOBART. Riverfront Motel Villas near Mona Museum.

HOLIDAY COST. $1650 for twin share rooms. $2250 for single rooms.

PAYMENT. Please pay Chris $750 deposit by the 31st July. $900 or $1500 balance payments will be due for payment by the 31st December.
