ACCOMMODATION. We will book 3 x 2 bedroom and 2 x 1 bedroom luxury apartments at Sea Star Apartments for 10 people. Each 2 bedroom apartment has 1 Queen bed and 2 single beds, main bathroom and ensuite bathroom.
AIRLIE BEACH. This is one of the best tourist destinations in Australia, especially if you think you will enjoy cruising or sailing around the beautiful Whitsunday Islands. We will do day trips to Hamilton Island and Whitehaven Beach. Both cruises will cost about $135-$175 per person.
DAY TRIPS. We can book tours when we get to Airlie Beach at Whitsunday Central Reservations. I would suggest that we buy ferry tickets to Hamilton Island on Monday. We can relax around the pool and restaurants and go for a bushwalk to the top of the hill for amazing views over the islands. We can book a day sailing trip to Whitehaven Beach on Tuesday, where we can go swimming, snorkelling and bush walking. Lazy morning at Airlie Beach on Wednesday before returning to Sydney on Wednesday afternoon.
HAMILTON ISLAND & WHITEHAVEN BEACH. We can book both of these cruises when we get to Airlie Beach, which will cost about $300 per person.
OPTIONAL TOURS. Hamilton Island day trip $160 Whitehaven Beach Sail and Snorkel day trip $190.
JETSTAR FLIGHTS. JQ0840 Depart Sydney 11.40am. Arrive Proserpine 1.55pm. JQ0841 Depart Proserpine 2.40pm. Arrive Sydney 4.50pm. Get bus transfers to Airlie Beach.
HOLIDAY COST. $1550 for twin share rooms and $1950 for single rooms, including return flights to Proserpine, bus transfers to Airlie Beach and 3 nights luxury accommodation.
ACCOMMODATION. Sea Star Apartments. We will book 3 x 2 bedroom and 2 x 1 bedroom luxury apartments for 10 people at Airlie Beach for 3 nights. If you would prefer to have your own bedroom, it will cost you an extra $400 per person.
PAYMENT. Please pay your $600 deposit by the 31st March, so that we can book our flights to Proserpine and accommodation at Airlie Beach. The $950 or $1350 balance will be due for payment by the 30th June.
