Eric Ricaflanca brings 24 years of SAP experience, spanning leadership, transformations, projects, service management, architecture, and development. His extensive knowledge and network in the Asia Pacific region are unmatched, having lived and worked in various countries and cities within the region.

Eric specializes in the Life Sciences industry, having collaborated with biotech, pharmaceutical, and diagnostics companies. In his current role at UGL, he leads the Data & Analytics, SAP Basis, Development, and Integration teams.
