NOTE Time & Location! Philosophy Fight Club's Sunset Session: Socratic Circle
Details
In cooperation with Philosophy Fight Club.
A Socratic Circle is a simple idea: people gathering to ask questions and think together. Instead of lectures or debates, we explore one question—chosen by the group—and see where our different perspectives take us.
There are no right answers and no experts at the table, just thoughtful conversation. The goal isn’t to “win” but to reflect, challenge assumptions, and leave with a deeper way of seeing the world.
How it works:
- We’ll each suggest and vote on a question to guide the discussion.
- Discussion starts in small groups, then we come back together to share with everyone.
- Participants are encouraged to listen closely, ask clarifying questions, and build on each other’s ideas.
- We wrap up with closing thoughts and reflections.
