Hello workaholics! Let us work hard but socialise and party harder!
Most of us work from morning to evening and then head to a lonely home.
Let us get together and make new friendships and share our thoughts and feelings and challenges and frustrations. Let us make our after-work social life more meaningful and memorable. Let us meet for drinks and dinner and other social events during the week and also on weekends in popular bars and pubs.

Here is how we will do things differently
Ever since Covid has occurred the world has changed ways in how we function and operate.
Meeting people of various cultures has become difficult with various restrictions and with online events people rarely have the opportunity of meeting face to face and this results in not getting the right opportunity to meet in person.
We will always have hosts at all our events. You will always be greeted by someone
at all our events and introduced to others. (Warm & welcoming hosts to help you
mingle!)

We will minimise no shows by requiring attendees to pay a deposit in advance. No
shows are misleading and not fun for organisers nor for members.
We will not disguise organisation costs in opaque ticket prices, commissions from
bars or inflated set menu prices.
We will instead ask for a small charge of a few pounds to help us manage the group and its activities. (Very Transparent)
We will strive to attract a high quality membership who prefer higher quality
venues and events. We will not be driven by happy hours, free food etc...(as all
of these are eventually balanced out by much higher prices later)
We will constantly request members to help us host events and take a lead on
activities so that we have energy and variety.

You’ll have company and won’t feel alone, making it easier to relax and enjoy the experience!'Fast friending' is our fun and quick way to help you make new connections quickly with both ladies and gentlemen. These are people in the age group of 21 to 45 and so you will be on a similar wavelength. Naturally you can always choose who to speak with based on your preference!
Shelly, your host will be there to welcome you warmly into the group and also help you with introductions! We welcome locals and internationals both!
Here’s how our Fast Friending works:-
- We will meet at 7.00 and have time to get settle down and get a drink.- From about 7.40 to 8.40 we will run the fast friending system. Half of the group (mixed gender) will stay in a fixed place and the other half of the group (mixed gender) will be asked to rotate. During these intervals, each pair of people will get the opportunity to talk to each other.
- Shelly will be hosting the evening and she will organize the fast friending process. She will indicate when you should move to the next person.
- From 8.40 onwards we will stop the system and people will have to chance go chat and interact with those they have met as well as others.
If you are a bit shy or anxious then please come early. Shelly will help you meet other members in a small group and help you settle down and get comfortable. All attendees are also welcome to bring a lady friend along with them for free. This will make it a lot less stressful for you as you will always have your friend alongside.
Our venue for the evening - 3 Wise Monkeys is spacious, has comfortable seating and not very noisy. We have a reserved area where our members can meet each other in a supportive environment.
- We are not a close knit tight group. Our evenings are warm and comfortable for members attending for the first time and those coming alone. You will not feel alone!
- We have many groups in this city. Members of our other groups who RSVP are included as guests of the organisers in order to give you an indication of expected people.
- This evening is for ladies and gents in the 21 to 45 age group. While some will be at the younger end of this range there will also be others at the other end of the range and lots in-between!
- We are not a dating group. Our events are not organised to manage your dating life. Our group is created to help ladies and gents meet other like minded ladies and gents. Please do not attend our event if a perfect gender balance is important for your enjoyment of our meet-up.
Why do we have tickets?
- Cover our costs - Our host is compensated for their time and work. We also pay meetup and have dedicated staff to manage our events, hosts, venues and communication.
- Group Safety - By securing your ticket we have a record and you contribute to a well organized evening where everyone is more committed and better behaved.
- Management - Tickets help us better manage attendee group size, book suitable space and activity.
