For all Property Developers and Investors, from just starting to experienced.

This is an informal networking event where you can meet, speak and network with others interested in property investment and development, and those working on their own projects.

Come and network with fellow property investors and developers. Whether you are looking to do your first development, looking for your next opportunity, looking to learn from others, for people to work with, or looking to pass on some of your knowledge, please bring your questions and experience and join us.

I'm excited by the dual occupancy/small development and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) projects that I am working on in and around Newcastle. I am working as a Buyers Agent to help others who would someone to find them small development opportunities.

I'm also incorporating NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation into my projects for high yields on completion. I'm happy to share more details over a drink if you would like to be involved in one of these. If you are interested in teaming up in a JV, or need a Buyers Agent, let me know.
