Tuesday Trivia at Taphouse (Darlinghurst)

Hey, Triviaphiles!

I will be your gregarious trivia host (ie, asking the questions) at the Taphouse this (and every) Tuesday!
I won't be able to play on your team (obviously) - but I'd love to see a Meetup team get together from this group!

🍜 🥢 The Taphouse has a great Australian Chinese Menu, every single dish is awesome... (I fully recommend the Spice bag, or any one of the One Plate Wonder range)... and of course the range of local brew beers. 🍻

🍽 It is a popular venue for trivia, it does fill up fast - and there isn't always room to accommodate walk-ins, so it's better to have a table booked.

RSVPs for this event will CLOSE 48 HOURS before the event - this ensures that a table can be booked for the team. Any later than that, you'll need to either book your own table, or take your chance that there will be insufficient room for walk-ins. 👌
Tables are booked against (my personal) credit card, so RSVP early if you're interested, keep your RSVPs up to date, and turn up if you've said you will.

This also means, don't procrastinate or pull out just because you think you're the only person going.
Sometimes people decide they'd like to join at the last minute. Don't be one of those people!! Your early RSVP will inspire other attendees! 😏

🎱 Attendance is capped, as from experience, 4-8 pax is the ideal number of people for a trivia team in a pub venue... not too small to be competitive, and not too many as to invoke 'trivial disputes' among the team. You may also bring friends!

🕖 Trivia kicks off at 7.30pm, so best to get there a tad early to give a chance to to 'Meet Up', get together, introduce ourselves, find the table, order food, drinks, etc... and be in time for my scintillating welcome preamble 😏

There will be a great mix of General Knowledge, current events, Music Clues, Picture Qs and between rounds, trivia games for giveaway Jugs of beer and a bottle of wine. 🍺🍾
