Malcolm has been involved in various aspects of commercialisation for over 20 years. He has experience in venture capital, senior management and the commercialisation of university research. He has also operated his own corporate advisory business, focusing on strategic advice, business
planning, acquisitions, business sales and fund raising for small and medium enterprises.
He has a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) from The University of Sydney and a Masters of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
