Vegetarian Cooking Classes - Term 2, 2025

Saturdays of May 10 to June 21, Every Two Weeks,
11am – 12:00pm (12:00 - 12:30pm Lunch)

Our classes aim at promoting a vegetarian healthy diet.
Come and join us with experienced Malaysian/Taiwanese vegetarian cooks, Wantien Wang and Jessie Lai. In this series, you will learn how to prepare multiple authentic Asian dishes by using the same ingredient, such as Tofu or mushrooms, and share the food at the end of the class!

We welcome you to our home, where you can learn in a relaxed, Covid-safe environment.
Location: 9 The Crescent Toongabbie NSW 2146
Pre-booking required as space is limited. Payment on booking.
Cost: $20 per session

Spicy and Sour Shredded Potatoes (Vegan) (酸溜土豆絲)

May 24: Sweet and Sour Doubao (Vegan) (酸甜豆包)
Deep Fried Enoki Mushrooms (Vegan) (炸素蝦)

June 7: Vegetable Curry (蔬菜咖哩)
Five Spices Plain Rolls (Vegan) (五香麵腸)

June 21: Oat Tofu Balls (燕麥豆腐球)
Vegetarian Mince (素肉燥)
