One of the biggest struggles I’ve experienced in my own business (and witness in so many clients) is carving out the time to work on our next big idea, project, or creation, not just the day-to-day grind.

Years ago, I had a group of friends and we’d meet every Friday to share one thing we wanted to move forward on. We’d talk through any blocks or uncertainties, then dive into 90 minutes of focused, supported action, and actually get sh*t done. It was magic. That space became our creative fuel, our accountability, and our momentum.

These days I run monthly creative sprints with my students, and it’s reminded me just how much I miss that space for my own business too.

Bring your laptop (phone or notepad and pen), your latest idea, and your desire for progress, not perfection.

3:00 – 3:30pm | Kickoff + Share
Grab a drink (or cuppa), meet the crew, and share:

• What you’re working on today
• Your 90-minute micro-goal
• Anything that has previously kept you stuck or prevented you from starting.

3:30 – 5:00pm | Sprint Mode
Pop on your headphones or zone in as you deep-dive on bringing "the next best step" of your idea alive. Creative energy. Shared focus. Completion and Accountability.

5:00 – 6:00pm | OPTIONAL Decompress + Drinks
Celebrate the wins, big or small, over a casual drink, bites, and conversation. It’s not networking. It’s connection.
