Starting Point: Outside Newtown Railway Station King Street Newtown -
Look for our signage near the area I will be there from 12.10pm-ish
About This Walk: With King Street as one of Sydney's most packed food and cafe hubs on the southside, we take a look at the heritage and cultural makeup that makes this place hum. Our walk will cover not only icons of Newtown, but we will also include the nearby Erskineville / Macdonaldtown and how the two localities intermingle. If you think you know this area, think again, this walk will give you a new viewpoint.
After our walk - we will be concluding our walk at one of Newtown's best cafe spots to enjoy more conversation and networking.
How To Get There:
Train - take any west bound train all stations stops to alight at Newtown
Bus - Take 423, 426 or 428 or M30 buses from the city
Car - parking is very busy in the area, you'll need to arrive early to find a spot or come via train and park near where you live.
