Port Stephens Trip

A suggestion has been made to offer Sydney Street Photographers an opportunity to experience the Blue Water paradise of Port Stephens. There will be regular meetup points along the way and all activities are optional. You basically choose your own adventure.
Participants are to make their own arrangements for accommodation and transport. It would be best to take your own vehicle however there is a public transport option from Central railway station. The name of the bus company is Port Stephens Coaches.
Ist Meetup Point: Fighter world, Williamtown airbase at 1pm, Friday the 20th of February 2026.
Optional activity Winery Visit and then book into your accommodation.
2nd Meetup Point : Nelson Bay RSL Bistro at 7pm, Friday the 20th of February 2026- We will discuss plans for the rest of the trip over dinner.
3rd Meetup Point : Birubi Point Surf Club Café (Crest) at 9 am. Saturday, 21st of February Optional activities cliff walk or camel rides. 4th Meetup Point Birubi Point Surf Club Café 1pm
Optional activities - 4wd, Fishing Walking sand dunes
5th Meetup activity – Anna Bay Pub at 5.30 pm- dinner
After dinner optional sunset shots at Birubi beach - popular place for beautiful shots.

Snorkelling - Fly Point Marine Reserve Midday- High tide 12.40
6th Meetup Point – Nelson Bay Golf Club 12.30pm- lunch or play 9 holes of golf.
