Pt. Defiance Park Hike: Inner Loop 4 miles mostly flat

We are lucky to have such a beautiful park in our back yard. We will explore the Inner Loop Trail. The yellow (see picture of map) inner loop trail is a woodsy 3.8 miles long trail with two hills gaining 150 to 200 feet lasting about 1/4 mile. I will be taking the hills at a snail's pace, looking at ferns and pretending to be interested in the flora.
