Tai Chi Gung is practice based on Truth Simplicity and Love that integrates the body, the mind, and the spirit through a series of gentle movements. They can be done standing or sitting. This form has maintained its purity for over 3000 years, and is a suitable addition to any exercise program no matter one’s age or ability. It has expanded my sense of peace and purpose as well as benefitting my body. The practice of Tai Chi Gung has long been attributed to the betterment of health and longevity. The standing form is suitable for you if you can walk continuously for 10-20 min
The seated form Is suitable if you have a neurological condition, recovering from stroke or surgery or are just out of shape and want to begin exercising gently.
