Begin with a short guided journaling exercise to help you clarify your thoughts, emotions, and inner experiences.

Engage in structured paired conversations where you will take turns as the Expresser and the Listener.

Explore assertive communication — expressing yourself with honesty and confidence, while creating a space where others feel understood and respected.
