Start your morning gently, noticing each moment.
Taiwan Heart & Mind Community invites you to a quiet, welcoming space for meaningful one-to-one conversation. This session is limited to 10 participants to ensure a calm and emotionally safe environment.
We’ll be using the We’re Not Really Strangers card game to guide our conversation. The cards are designed to move gently from light awareness to deeper connection, helping participants reflect, share, and listen without pressure.
Instead of large group discussion, you’ll explore the prompts in pairs, allowing for more personal connection and balanced speaking time. You are welcome to share only what feels comfortable.
🌿 How the Session Works
Participants will be paired up for guided conversation rounds using the card game. The session flows through three intentional levels:
🟡 Level 1 – Perception
Light prompts that explore first impressions, assumptions, and self-awareness.
Purpose: To build comfort and curiosity.
🟠 Level 2 – Connection
Deeper prompts about experiences, identity, culture, personal challenges, or growth.
Purpose: To create emotional openness and genuine connection.
You may always pass if a question feels too personal.
🔵 Level 3 – Reflection
Reflective prompts encouraging insight, appreciation, and self-discovery.
Purpose: To end the conversation feeling intentional, aware, and connected.
Depending on time and comfort, pairs may rotate so you can connect with more than one person.

Listen without interrupting
No advice-giving unless invited
Respect confidentiality — what is shared stays in the circle
Silence is welcome; pauses are natural
To help everyone get the most from the session, we encourage participants to stay for the full event if possible, but we understand if you need to step away.
This is not therapy or problem-solving — it is simply a space to understand and be understood.

🌿 活動流程
參與者將以雙人形式,使用卡牌進行對話。活動將循序進行三個層次:
🟡 感知層
輕鬆的問題,探索第一印象、假設與自我覺察。
目的: 建立舒適感與好奇心
🟠 連結層
更深入的問題,涉及經驗、身份、文化、個人挑戰或成長。
目的: 創造情感開放與真誠的連結
如果某個問題過於私密,你可以選擇跳過。
🔵 反思層
反思性的問題,引導洞察、感恩與自我探索。
目的: 讓對話在有意識、覺察與連結的狀態下結束
視時間與舒適度,雙人組合可輪換,讓你與不同的人建立連結。

傾聽時不打斷對方
未被邀請前不要給予建議
尊重隱私 — 對話內容僅限圈內分享
沉默也是可以的;停頓是自然的
為了讓每位參與者都能完整體驗活動,我們鼓勵大家盡量全程參與,但如果需要暫時離開,我們也理解。
這不是心理治療或解決問題的場域 — 這是一個互相理解與被理解的空間。
