The session requires participants to stand. However, if you become tired during the session, you may sit in a chair and (if you are able) perform the arm movements in the seated position.

For the best online experience

  • Set your camera to on, for visual feedback.
  • Set your microphone to mute, during the meditation session and when you are not speaking. This will help minimise any background noise.

PREPARATION before joining the class:

  • Clothes - Wear comfortable, warm clothing that allows for free body movement.
  • Room - A quiet space where you won't be disturbed by noise, with good air ventilation, and not too cold or hot.
  • Space - Allow enough space around you, so your arms can swing around you without interference.
  • Chair (applicable if you are participating in a seated position): Use a comfortable, padded seat that is preferably without armrests and has no wheels or locked wheels. Adjust the seat height so both your feet touch flat on the floor.
  • Technical issue - Ensure the computer network's connectivity, audio, and camera are functional.

CAUTION: If you are experiencing cold/flu symptoms or feeling unwell, it is recommended that you abstain from attending, as participation may exacerbate your symptoms.
