Finding your leadership style

We talk about different leader archetypes in tech, but how do you know which one you are? or two...or all of them! In this talk, Elle introduces different ways to lead and motivate your team by choosing a leadership style that best addresses the demands of a particular situation.

Elle believes in strong communities that embody respect, understanding and inclusiveness to drive positive culture and growth. She has a passion for helping people learn to work better. She recently completed Psychology for Business and Management at Curtin University, learning new ways to help people improve how they work.
