We all benefit from having a mentor, but it's not realistic to project all our mentoring expectations on a single person. That's why it's important to cultivate multiple mentoring relationships - with a sage advisor, a cheerleader, a peer or a constructive critic - and build out your own personal advisory board.

Running strategy for leading global brands for over 10 years, Mentorloop CEO and co-founder Lucy Lloyd managed the development of hundreds of digital campaigns, websites, apps, and SaaS products. In 2016 Lucy parlayed this experience into co-founding Mentorloop, a software platform helping organisations build a scalable mentoring culture.
