Timoté Geimer is the CEO of dualoop, a fully bootstrapped product management consultancy that he has scaled from 0 to 20 people in just one year. He has spent the last 12 years shaping and building product teams in startups and scale-ups. He now shares his knowledge with his peers through advising, guest-lecturing, forums, workshops, and private coaching. Timoté is the author of "How to run interviews during product discoveries". He is also actively investing in pre-seed-stage startups.

Steph is the Head of Product at Wordnerds, where she helps CX and Insight teams make sense of their messy customer feedback data. Drawing on 13 years of experience across product leadership and operations, she's passionate about creating intuitive SaaS tools that tackle real business challenges. From startup to growth mode, Steph has experience of navigating the challenges of growth whilst building technology that delivers genuine value.

Adam Hope helps organisations solve their most complex problems drawing on his experience in lean, agile, design thinking and many years developing and designing software. He thrives in high-complexity environments where the the vision, plan or capability to deliver value to customers is uncertain.
When not working with clients he enjoys teaching and mentoring. And when he’s not working on any of those things he has a wide range of hobbies but photography and cooking are perennial favourites. You are encouraged to hassle him about the Hoshin Kanri book he’s currently working on!
