Angus is Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Swyftx. One of the country’s brightest emerging tech leaders, Angus designed the initial codebase for the Swyftx platform that allowed the business to scale rapidly and securely. Ambitious and a natural problem solver, the 28-year-old was an early cryptocurrency adopter and now co-leads Swyftx’s technical direction and business strategy.

Under his stewardship, Swyftx has rapidly scaled to become the country's second largest and top-rated exchange. In 2021, Angus was named in Australia's 30 under 30: Brightest Young Minds.

🎤 Hayley Pepper - Australian Retirement Trust

Hayley is the leader of Technology Transformation at the Australian Retirement Trust (formerly Sunsuper), Hayley is responsible for overseeing a transformation team, developing and executing IT strategy and roadmaps, and enhancing the organisation's IT capabilities. Hayley has recently taken on additional responsibilities in Release Management, Environments, DevOps Enablement Transformation, and the testing practice, all aimed at streamlining change processes and delivering greater customer value.

With 15 years of experience in Financial Services, including managing digital assets at the Australian Retirement Trust, Hayley prioritises optimising the customer experience. She is known for building strong stakeholder relationships and enhancing team reputations, which has led to her involvement in leadership initiatives and co-hosting events like the Australian Retirement Trust Employee Awards Gala.

🎤 Reshma Venugopal - Prospa

Reshma has over 16 years of experience in the software industry. She started her career as a Software Developer and has worked on multiple domains and across multiple tech stacks. She is currently working as an Engineering Manager for Prospa.

She has a strong passion for discovering effective methods to develop high-performing teams. Her greatest pleasure comes from empowering Engineers to achieve their maximum potential. Her greatest strength is her ability to connect with people, this, along with her technical background has helped her to be an effective leader.

🎤 Thierry Ruiz - Orange Digital

Devoted to a "Customer-First" philosophy and driven by an unwavering commitment to problem-solving, Thierry Ruiz' career has consistently placed him at the dynamic crossroads of human interaction and cutting-edge technologies.

With an expansive background spanning over two decades in the digital industry, traversing five continents, Thierry is now navigating the intricate landscape of AI technology and its profound impact on the service sector as Orange Digitals Head of Growth & Technologies.
