Stay back after the class and practice your skills in doubles practice

There’s no wonder that tennis is one of the best sports to keep fit, as you don’t realise you are doing exercise whilst chasing a yellow fuzzy tennis ball! On average, you will do around 5000k steps and burn 500 calories in one hour 🎾
