See all- Building a Team Strategy for QualityWorkday, Dublin
Test Heads is back after the summer break with an exciting event at Workday! Don’t miss this unique chance to learn from Anne-Marie Charrett— the lead advocate for quality engineering, a keynote speaker at multiple international conferences, adjunct lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney, and author of The Quality Coach’s Handbook.
Building a Team Strategy for Quality
Many teams say that quality is a shared responsibility—but what does that really mean? How can teams build a shared understanding of quality so they can work more effectively together?
In this interactive meetup, Anne-Marie will lead a hands-on session exploring what quality means in your context. Participants from all roles have the opportunity to share their perspectives and co-create a simple team strategy for achieving quality outcomes.
Have opinions on how to make quality better? Join us!About Anne-Marie Charrett: I’m an electronic engineer by trade, but software testing found me while I was working on Layer 4 protocols—and I’ve been hooked ever since. These days, I work in engineering leadership, consult with teams on quality, and teach software testing at University of Technology Sydney as an adjunct lecturer. I bring a systems thinking lens to building quality in products, shaped by years working across startups, enterprises, and tech companies. I also wrote The Quality Coach's Handbook: Mastering the Quality Coach Role in Organisations, which you can find on Amazon or Leanpub.
Anne-Marie will be open for signing the book on the day. Please pre-register in advance of the event as this is a requirement of the venue for all external attendees: https://forms.gle/MNCi8RzwYpY95QMc6
