Before Monday rolls in, here's a simple online space for us to pause together. It's free.

You don’t need any prior experience, and it’s okay if this is your first (or first-in-a-while) practice.

If your week has been full, your mind a bit busy, or your practice a little on-and-off, you’re not alone. This gathering is just a chance to slow down, breathe, and reset before the week begins.

This isn’t a class. I simply want to do this myself, and thought others might also want to do the same for themselves.
It’s a friendly, peer gathering for anyone who wants to reconnect, begin again, or simply sit with others.

What we’ll do:

  • A short hello (cameras on, just to say hi 🙂)
  • Guided Isha Kriya
  • Quiet sitting
  • Optional, relaxed conversation at the end

Please plan to join with your camera on, so we can see each other and feel a bit more connected. No need to look a certain way, I'll probably be in my PJs.
