EVENT PRICE 200 THB
Do you feel "enlightened" while reading a spiritual book, only to snap back into anxiety and old habits the moment you put it down?
You are not alone. You might be stuck in the loop of "Magical Thinking"—mistaking intellectual insight for actual change.
In this interactive workshop, we bridge the gap between the spiritual philosophy of The Untethered Soul and the clinical science of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). We will challenge the "Inner Roommate" in your head, expose why seeking validation prevents growth, and give you the tools to stop "fixing" your thoughts and start living your life.

## 🧠 What We Will Explore

1. The "Inner Roommate" Audit (Mindfulness)
We start by operationalizing Michael Singer’s concept of the "Inner Roommate." We will use mindfulness techniques to separate You (The Context) from The Voice (The Content). You will learn why arguing with your internal monologue is a trap—and how to simply watch it instead.
2. The Insight Trap (CBT Reality Check)
Why doesn't "positive thinking" work? We will look at the CBT Triangle to prove that you cannot think your way out of a feeling—you have to act your way out.
3. The "Thorn" & The Action (Breaking the Loop)
Using Singer’s famous "Thorn" analogy, we will identify where you are using spirituality to hide from life rather than live it. We will move from passive "surrender" to active Exposure—learning to take action while the fear is present, rather than waiting for the fear to go away.

## 🛠️ Who Is This For?

  • Fans of The Untethered Soul who struggle to apply it in real life.
  • People tired of "toxic positivity" and platitudes.
  • Anyone who wants to understand the psychology behind spiritual growth.

## 📝 What to Bring

  • A notebook and pen.
  • Radical honesty (we will be questioning our own narratives).
  • A willingness to be uncomfortable in the service of growth.
