Self-Healing Space is a safe and supportive space for those who wish to 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 through the lens of self - awareness, compassion and responsibility.

Who is this workshop for?

🌸 everyone who wishes to practice self-healing in everyday life

Each session includes:
🌸 short theoretical introduction
🌸 simple artistic exercise to embody our emotions
🌸 practical tools for emotional self-care
🌸 sharings

𝐎𝐧 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐰𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 - Which means to learn to own our inner emotional world and to understand that we are the creator of this world. Through the creative act of 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐬, we will explore how we can colour the emotional life that we envision and shift to a state of self-responsibility.
