Millennial + Gen Z New Year's DAY Mixer: How do we make NOW better?

Yes, the New Year is here, and we're looking for ways to move our lives forward... or perhaps pick up the pieces to get back up to par?! We dream about bigger projects, better jobs, and new adventures. But what are we really chasing?

Is the grass really greener on the other side? Does it help us to think that it is? Are we really seeking better... Or are we escaping ourselves? How do we make things more interesting for ourselves and for others we interact with? And can we get off this treadmill of puer aeternus?

What to Expect
Let’s make it a goal to connect deeply with as many people as possible! I challenge each one of you to learn the names of anyone you speak to and try to remember something interesting about them. I don't want to hear "I'm bad with names."; choose to be better!

Your food and drink choices are up to you. I will do my best to facilitate and make sure everyone is connected and gets to know each other. Our objective above all is connecting meaningfully!

About the Venue
Yes, Central Market is a grocery store, but it's the greatest grocery store ever! There is a huge cafe serving pretty much anything you can think of from pizza to casseroles to sushi. They have an in-house coffeeshop that serves coffee, all kinds of tea, and gelato. AND they have a full bakery with pretty much any pastry you can think of. We usually have a 15-20 min grace period to get settled. There will be a musical performance starting at 1pm in the cafe area.
