About the Workshop
Begin the new year grounded, clear, and inspired.
During this interactive reflection workshop, you will:

• Review 2025, looking back at the richly textured experiences of the past year
• Rejoice in the positives and acknowledge the challenges
• Identify limiting patterns ready to be released and what to bring forward into 2026
• Envision what you want for yourself in the coming year
• Set meaningful intentions and commitments for 2026
• Connect with inner values, purpose, and vision

Participants will be guided through journaling, meditation, and facilitated reflection.
Snack and beverages will be provided
