The holidays can be one of the most emotionally challenging times of the year, especially if you're dealing with difficult family relationships, narcissistic dynamics, estrangement, or spending the season alone.

This 8 week online group support offers a safe, confidential space to share your experiences, learn practical coping strategies, and connect with others who share similar difficulties. It will run past the holidays to process your experiences, and give time for reflection.

Led by Tara Arutunian, LCSW, a licensed psychotherapist who specializes in recognizing and breaking generational patterns, navigating narcissistic dynamics, and teaching conscious parenting. This group will help you:

-Set and maintain healthy boundaries with difficult family members
-Manage guilt, obligation, and the pressure to "keep the peace"
-Cope with loneliness or grief if you're alone this year
-Navigate triggering conversations and family conflict
-Create meaningful rituals and self-care practices for the holidays
-Process complex feelings about family estrangement or no contact

**Please note this is a psycho-educational group, not psychotherapy. Participants should be stable and not in crisis. Current individual therapy is encouraged but not required.
