Launch & Lounge is a cosy, small-group meetup designed for **students and recent grads** to connect, share stories, and get real guidance about building a life and career in Ireland – *without pressure or formality.*

It’s not another stiff networking event.
It’s a space to talk, laugh, learn, and build community — the kind of community that makes Ireland feel like home.

We’ve lived in Ireland for **6+ years**, and one big lesson we’ve learned is:

This event is our way of helping you tap into that.

## **What Happens During the Event**

We’ll start with a short intro to:

* We’ll split into groups of 3–4.
