This trauma-informed yoga class is designed specifically for women veterans seeking a safe, supportive environment to release stress, rebuild resilience, and reconnect with their bodies. Each session blends gentle movement, breathwork, grounding techniques, and mindful rest to support healing from trauma, anxiety, and everyday life pressures.

All experience levels welcome! Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, this class offers a calm space to reset your nervous system, strengthen mind-body connection, and build community with other women who understand the unique experience of military service.

You can expect:

  • Length: ~1 hour
    - 0-5 minutes: Introductions + welcome, get settled in
    - 5-15 minutes: gentle breathing exercises + intention setting
    - 15-20 minutes: warm up
    - 20-45 minutes: restorative yoga practice
    - 45-55 minutes: savasana with guided NSDR/Yoga Nidra meditation
    - 55-60 minutes: debrief and goodbyes

All bodies and ability levels welcome.
