Holding Space: A Gentle Sunday Circle

Details
Sometimes Sunday feels heavy. Before the week begins (or ends), this is an invitation to pause, exhale, and be held in a supportive space.
This is a small, intimate gathering (up to 10 people) where you can:
• Share what’s on your heart,
• Sit in silence,
• Or simply be witnessed without having to explain.
Tears are welcome, but never required. You don’t have to come with a story. You don’t have to “perform.” This circle is about presence, not pressure.
What to Expect
• Arrival & Welcome — a few minutes to settle in, say hello, or just breathe quietly.
• Gentle Grounding — we’ll take a moment to slow down together.
• Open Space — time for anyone who wishes to speak, cry, or rest in silence. No advice, no fixing — just presence and respect.
• Closing Reflection — a simple way to mark the end, so everyone leaves feeling contained and supported.
What to Bring
• Yourself (that’s enough).
• A quiet space if possible.
Final Note
If you’ve been carrying the weight of the week that was, or feeling the week ahead pressing in, this hour is a soft landing. However you arrive — tired, teary, restless, or calm — you are welcome here.
Come as you are. That’s more than enough.
If you feel like sharing more, I invite you to see me in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.
