We are not here to compare times or flex in the mirror. We are here to do the work.

I’m Cédric, a former CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, husband, and father. I started this project because I found my best friends and my wife through sport. I know that suffering together builds the strongest bonds.
Doing hard things is easier when you don't do them alone. Come share the grind, clear your head, and get ready for whatever life throws at you next.

Location — Events will be based around Bulle, Switzerland
