Easy/stretch classes provide a good, deep stretch for every body. In this class you’ll loosen stiff joints and ease out aching muscles while soothing the nervous system and calming the mind. Easy classes are gentle, slower moving and lots of instructions are given. They are a great way to start if you’ve never practiced yoga asanas before or if it's been a while since you’ve attended a class. It is also a wonderful class for the regular practitioner who wants an all over stretch.
